Room 2 is situated on the first floor overlooking the Oval Basin, with a magnificent view of the new award-winning iconic buildings of the Millennium Centre and The Welsh Assembly, where the Senedd or Debating Chamber was designed by the Richard Rogers Partnership and well worth a visit. Alongside these buildings are the historic waters of Cardiff Bay formerly known as Tiger Bay, busy with local boats, some offering fascinating trips to both visitors and locals.
This impressive bedroom has a Dutch/French 18th Century feel with a generous, antique-carved wooden bed with matching armoire and fitted with glorious cranberry faux-suede curtains, while the whole room is lit by the elegance of Italian crystals.
And not only has the bedroom been designed with comfort in mind but the fully fitted bathroom holds a whirl-pool bath as well as a shower for the ultimate in luxury.
